Preventing the flu is easy as ABC!

Flu season is upon us but preventing it's spread can be as easy as your ABCs! Encourage your child to wash their hands with these fun tricks:

A. When washing your hands sing the ABC song or the Happy Birthday song.

B. Educate your child on how to properly wash their hands. Washing your hands won't prevent the flu if not done properly.

C. Make handwashing fun! Check out the app Ella's Hand Washing Adventure which encourages good hand hygiene habits.
